Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using GlazingCRM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is provided by GlazingCRM, registered at Hilton Hall, Hilton Lane, Wolverhampton, WV11 2BQ.

2. The Service

GlazingCRM is a lead management platform designed for UK window, door and conservatory companies. We provide tools to manage leads, appointments, sales and team operations.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You must be authorised to act on behalf of the company you register.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any rights over your data.

We will never access, sell or share your customer data for any purpose other than displaying it to the tenant it belongs to.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent to store any personal data you input into the system, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data or any part of the system.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Payment and billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.
  • All fees are as displayed at the time of purchase. VAT is not currently charged.
  • If a subscription payment is missed for any reason, your account will enter read-only mode for 28 days. After 28 days without payment, all logins will be blocked. To restore access, all outstanding fees must be settled in full up to the current date — not just the missed payment. If the balance remains unpaid for 3 months, your data will be permanently deleted.

7. Free trial

We may offer a free trial period. No payment details are required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your account becomes read-only for 14 days — you can still view your data but not add or edit anything. If no subscription is put into place after this 14-day period, your data will be permanently removed from our system.

8. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate.
  • You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us.
  • You may export your data before cancellation.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlazingCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
