Canvassing is still one of the best lead sources a home improvement company can have — but only if you know which promoters are bringing in leads that actually sit and buy.
The Promoters Lead Book is built for exactly that.
One page, every lead
Open Reports → Promoters Lead Book and you'll see every promoter-generated lead for the week, listed by appointment date. For each one you get:
- which promoter and branch it came from
- the customer and area
- what happened — pitched, reset, sold
- the products discussed, with list and last price figures
Search by name or area, filter by branch or promoter, or step back through previous weeks with the arrows.
Why it matters
Two promoters can hand in the same number of leads and be worth completely different amounts to you. One books households that are ready to buy; the other books people who were just being polite on the doorstep.
The lead book makes that obvious without anyone building a spreadsheet. Your canvass manager can see on Monday morning who needs a word and who deserves a pat on the back.
Pair it with the Promoter Report
The lead book is the detail. For the totals — leads, appointments, demos, sales and conversion per promoter — use Reports → Promoter Report over any date range.
