Your data is yours alone
Every company has its own separate database. Your data is never mixed with anyone else's, and one company can never see another's customers.
Sign-in protection
- Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords, so nobody can sit and guess their way in.
- Email codes are limited when signing up, so they can't be guessed either.
- Sessions expire after a period of inactivity.
The right people see the right things
- Branches: staff only see and add leads for the branches they belong to. Head office can see everything.
- Roles and permissions: decide who can manage users, statuses, forms, reports and settings.
- No sneaky upgrades: a manager with limited permissions can't give themselves, or anyone else, more access than they have.
- Admins only can run the setup wizard and see the full activity history.
Less data where you don't need it
If your policy is not to keep phone numbers, emails or full addresses, you can switch off storing sensitive data in settings.
